• Each question is worth 5 points.
• You can take this quiz three times in order to improve your grade.
• The highest grade  will be recorded in the gradebook. 
• After your three attempts are exhausted, you will no longer have access to the quiz.
• You will not receive feedback after each attempt because the questions are drawn from a pool of several hundred items. 
• You will be able to see the questions you get correct. 
• If you do not complete the quiz before the due date, a zero will be automatically recorded in the gradebook.  
• To replace the zero grade, you need only complete the quiz.
• Any quiz completed after the due date will be subjected to the late penalty regardless if you took your first attempt before the due date.
